Trying this weightloss the healthy way.

So, porridge for breakfast and then at half 10 do some workouts and stuffs ^_^

Had a fucking huge meltdown today when I looked in the mirror and realised I’d put on a load of weight, but don’t worry because I’m going to get control back. Being off for spring makes in harder but easier because I get more chance to work out, more chance to not be tempted into eating and I won’t be watched 24/7. Going to try my best not to eat anything tomorrow just drink water, water, water and maybe a black coffee or two. Then only eat leaves on Monday and drink more water and black coffee and so on for the next two weeks.
